The Fund began in 2006 when Founder, Angela R. Pashayan began to feel the urge to offer assistance to children in need. Influenced by her Mom, the Late Billie M. Holmes, Angela worked with hundreds of children over a 10 year span at Children's University (her Mother's Day Care Center in Compton, CA).  A few years after the passing of her mother, Angela decided to pick up the torch and take child care to a global level by adding the Children's Relief Fund onto her husband's existing business - Telluride Flights. While assisting in worldwide private charter flight arrangements, there was the hope for voluntary donations from the private clients, and it was just that....hoping. Nothing was donated and Angela decided to do it herself - grassroots style.  A busy mother of 3 boys, Angela practiced yoga daily and decided to Teach Yoga and donate her proceeds to the Fund.  In Angela's experience, God has always taken care of her and her family financially, so stepping out to donate every cent of net proceeds from teaching yoga was an easy decision. And after having a lucid dream shortly thereafter that included her Mom, Angela set the intention in the words of a song her Mom used to sing, "Nothing can turn me around".   Her husband supports her mission by automatically deducting a portion  from Every Charter Flight as a donation to the TFW Children's Fund.
